4:00 - 6:00 PM: Arrival & Check-In
Check in, grab a welcome snack, then settle in and unwind.
6:00 PM: Meet & Greet!
Learn about the weekend activities. Dinner buffet of finger foods provided. (Cash bar available)
6:30–9:00 pm: Mahjong tables open
9:00–10:00 pm: Evening Snack
Play continues or retire for the night.
Saturday
7:00 - 11:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet Provided
10:00 AM - 12 PM: Enjoy Mahjong Play, or...
Schedule a spa treatment (at your own cost), explore the resort, or take a peaceful walk. Unwind however you wish.
12:00 PM: Lunch at your discretion
2:00 - 4:00 PM: Enjoy Mahjong Play, or...

4:00 - 6:00 PM: Renewal/Recharge Break
Your own time to do whatever you wish and prepare for dinner.
6 PM – Late: Themed Dinner & Mahjong Play
Themed Evening with seated dining, followed by Mahjong Play with prizes, fun giveaways, and memorable moments well into the night.

7:00 - 11:00 AM: Breakfast Buffet Provided

You are welcome to depart at any time, but you must check out of your room by 11 AM.

How to REGISTER...
STEP 1: Complete & Submit Form

Watch for an email confirming that we received your Registration Form information; however, your place is not reserved until we receive payment.
STEP 2: Watch Your Email
STEP 3: Pay $300 Deposit*, or Full Amount
The confirmation email will include instructions on how to pay via Venmo or Apple Pay. You will be given the choice to pay a $300 Deposit or the Full Amount based on the Room Type you selected. *Deposit is nonrefundable.
STEP 4: Watch Your Email
You will receive an email confirming receipt of payment for either your Nonrefundable Deposit or the Full Amount.
STEP 5: Pay Remaining Balance, if applicable
Starting August 1st, you will receive a series of email reminders to pay the Remaining Balance, before or on September 1st.
